Overview

What it does

KeyTray Cargo is the edition KeyTray grew up with. It follows each shipment from intake at the warehouse to final delivery: warehouse receipts, house and master documents, consolidation, charges, labels and events — and every charge settles into invoices and accounting without retyping.

For exports from the United States, KeyTray generates the Electronic Export Information and transmits it directly to US Customs (AES), then brings the ITN back to the warehouse receipt. KeyTray Cargo Wiz plans container loads in 3D.

How it works

Three steps, one system.

  1. Receive

The warehouse receipt records the cargo, the shipper and the consignee.

  2. Ship

Consolidate into a shipment, print labels and documents, file AES when exporting from the US.

  3. Bill

Charges settle into invoices and accounting; customers follow their cargo on the portal.
